At Krombee, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Certain products may have specific return conditions as stated on the product page. In such cases, the product page terms will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (where applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
