Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order and does not include transit time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

For most U.S. destinations, delivery typically occurs within 4–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items within the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment facilities. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Security inspections
  • Force majeure events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds of shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms successful delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
